New to Pilates? Start with three.

The New Client Introduction is a three-session series built for people who have never touched a Reformer. We spend those three sessions learning the equipment, the foundational exercises, and how your body actually moves — before anything else.

No experience needed. No group class to keep up with.

Three 55-minute private sessions — $360

The Parcours Method

Three principles. Every session.

Rooted in classical Pilates.

Every exercise has a shape, an order, and a reason. We work on control before we work on load - which is what makes the strength stick.

Client stories

What clients say.

3 stories

She trained around my shoulder injury

She's been really thoughtful about building workouts around it in a way that challenged me while still helping me strengthen and recover it properly. She pushes you past your limits without making it feel forced. I couldn't recommend her more.
Joonas K.

Stronger than a decade of weightlifting

She methodically helped me reach a whole new fitness level. I'm stronger, more balanced, and more toned now than I was after a decade of traditional weightlifting.
Jayme P.

She made me love Pilates

I was such a newbie and she has made me love Pilates and enjoy our time each week. She's a great teacher and overall sweet human. I would - and have - recommend.
